Jen Lawrie
Director
Jen is highly motivated, a driven leader and keen designer. She has spent the last ten years building her wonderful team of designers and stylists, while sourcing a fabulous range of furnishings for her clients. She has built strong business relationships with a number of real estate agents, developers and repeat clients throughout Melbourne and bayside suburbs. For Jen, maintaining relationships and always meeting client expectations is paramount.
Jen has a natural flair for home design that comes through in every home she styles. She has a strong focus on showcasing the best aspects of a home and thrives on resolving design challenges and styling tricky spaces with unconventional floor plans. For Jen, its important to design and style a home in a way that is true to the home itself and allows the home to breathe. This is a key factor in creating an emotional connection with the home, whether it be to live in and love or to sell and achieve the best possible sale price.
In her spare time, Jen loves to relax at yoga, take her 5 year old son on outdoor adventures and spend time with family and friends. The odd coffee or three never go astray with Jen either.

Tahnee Kramer
Interior Designer
Tahnee is our head Interior Designer and has always had a passion for all things interiors! It started at a young age when she would constantly change the furniture and colours in her bedroom to achieve a multitude of different looks.
Tahnee graduated from Swinburne University with a Bachelor of Interior Design and then went onto study interior decoration. She also had a keen interest in real estate and often found herself looking at the weekly real estate brochures to assess the different homes Melbourne had to offer (and how they were designed of course!). It was her love for both interior styling and real estate that lead her to becoming a Property Stylist.
After 5 years of being a Property Stylist, Tahnee decided it was time for her to start working on peoples ‘forever homes’. Although Tahnee’s personal style is very minimalist and loves a neutral colour palette, she very much enjoys working with different styles to achieve her clients desired results. She loves seeing a job from start to finish and the smiles on her clients faces when the vision has come to life. You can be sure that Tahnee will always bring a bubbly and can do attitude.
In her spare time, you will find Tahnee wining and dining with friends at Melbourne’s most trendy restaurants and planning her next overseas holiday.
Amie Mulholland
Senior Property Stylist and Marketing Manager
Amie has been a leader in creative roles for over 15 years, predominantly in the Visual Merchandising field for premium fashion retailers.
Amie’s love for interiors came about when her family began renovating and selling property. She thrived in the creative process, particularly when selecting artwork, furniture and accessories to complement each space. Meeting with local agents and better understanding the ever-changing Melbourne real estate market peaked Amie’s interest.
Hence the move into property styling! Amie has well developed skills in selecting a variety of colour palettes. From earthy tones to modern combinations and on trend hues. Combined with her spatial knowledge and understanding of proportionality and how objects relate to one another, she creates resolved and balanced spaces. Amie really enjoys styling properties that present a challenge. In particular, homes that require a creative spin and fresh eyes to inject a whole new look and feel.
With a keen eye for photography, trend forecasting and social media, Amie became our Marketing Lead in mid 2022. She creates our media content, digital marketing material and is managing the refresh of our online presence as well as our new and improved website.
Outside of property styling, Amie dabbles in painting and enjoys a day trip out to local wine regions and visiting the National Gallery of Victoria
Jess Monaco
Property Stylist
Jess discovered her true passion for interiors during her tertiary studies. After trying her hand at a few different creative courses, she decided that the world of interiors and homewares was where she was supposed to be. Jess is very comfortable mixing a range of styles, textures and colourways. She not afraid to experiment with new elements and unconventional combinations of furniture, soft furnishings and accessories. This creative eye allows Jess to create unique spaces with vibrancy, originality and flare.
Jess has always had a keen interest in the real estate market and how homes are presented. Whenever she has the chance, Jess can be found scrolling the real estate apps for information, knowledge and inspiration. Like the rest of the VM team, Jess loves feeling connected to Melbourne’s property scene and understanding the vast array of properties Melbourne has to offer. Her favourite style of home is a Californian Bungalow.
With autumn being her favourite season, Jess loves tones of green and rust. She also has a great appreciation for timber furniture and quality craftsmanship. Both feature extensively in her home to create a relaxed, earthy urban haven.
In her spare time, Jess enjoys spending time with her friends and family and walking her dog. Jess also likes to embrace her inner ‘nonna’ by always having a crocheting project on the go and consuming copious amounts of cups of tea.
Laura Mould
Property Stylist
Laura’s interest in interior styling was sparked while travelling throughout Europe.
When taking in the Parisian architecture and styling of Napoleon’s apartment, Laura decided upon return to Melbourne to complete her diploma of Interior Design and Decoration at the Australian College of Arts.
Her passion lies in the styling of traditional and heritage homes, working with various timbers, softs furnishings, patterns and hues of green.
She loves a design challenge and thrives assisting our clients with partial styling and blending their personal furnishings with those of the business to create beautiful and unique spaces. Laura is also our queen when it comes to floral choices and arrangements. This innate talent elevates every home Laura styles and evokes connection and emotion for prospective buyers.
Laura is a people person and enjoys hearing about the wonderful memories made in a home, the future plans for vendors and how she can highlight the unique features of any property.
In her spare time, Laura loves to write and read poetry, visit her local antique shops and stretch out at pilates.
