How long is the hire period?
The standard hire period is 6 weeks. However, we can accommodate whatever hire period you believe is needed for your development. We can also offer extensions at a discounted rate
How many properties can I have styled at one time?
As many as you like! We have a wide range of furniture, styles and colours available across our two warehouses. We can create individual concepts for each property so they have their own unique look and feel
How much notice do you need if I need styling services?
The more notice you can give us of your preferred styling date, the better. This will enable us to become familiar with your property, put together a bespoke design concept and select the furnishings for you. However, we understand the timeframes can be very tight sometimes and there are many reasons why a development can be brought onto the market quickly in the final stages. As we have a substantial amount of furnishings and new stock, we can meet deadlines within just a few days
Do I have to style the entire apartment / property?
No, this is completely up to you. You can elect which rooms and outdoor spaces you would like styled
Can I relocate the furniture to another apartment/property?
Yes. For insurance reasons, our trained removalists will need to take care of the relocation of furniture to other apartments/properties and our professional picture hanger and stylists will look after the styling to transform your next space. We are just a phone call away and our team can be at the ready to relocate as needed
Can purchasers buy the furnishings?
This is a question we are often asked. Yes, we are able to offer purchasers a furniture package which will include either the same or very similar furnishings to the apartment/property they have viewed and purchased. We operate a full-service interior design business and can create a furniture package for every purchaser’s preferred look, style and budget
